Chandni has graduated with a degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She worked with a few nonprofits before joining the Teach For India Fellowship in 2013. After the Fellowship, she joined Teach For India as a Program Manager and worked for 2 years to transform the journey of students by putting them on a path of leadership. She also led TFI’s unique student leadership initiative called ‘Udyami’ in Delhi.

She believes in the power of children to inspire change and lead their own lives to be anything they choose to be; all they need is a platform to identify their untapped potential. Over the last 6 years of building SEF, Chandni has gained a deep understanding of the education space. She has become an expert in the areas of program design, research, and implementation. She has played a pivotal role in carving Simple Education Foundation's student vision which serves as the foundational principle for all their programs.

As the Chief Program Officer and a part of the Senior Leadership Team at Simple Education Foundation, Chandni guides the strategic direction of the organization.

She defines her childhood in one word - Bookworm!
